YOUR CHILD HAS DYSLEXIA, SO NOW WHAT DO YOU DO?
So your child displays three or more of the warning signs for dyslexia or your child has already been diagnosed with dyslexia, what do you do now? You may have already tried other reading and spelling programs, but to no avail. Give the Barton Reading & Spelling Program a try, it will be the last program you will ever need, because it works.
Before tutoring can begin, your child has to actually have dyslexia. It is not necessary that your child have an official diagnosis of dyslexia, but they should display at least three or more of the symptoms of dyslexia as listed on the Warning Signs of Dyslexia page. Your child also has to be five years or older to be able to understand the program fully. Other than that, there are no age limitations as to who can be tutored using the Barton system.
In order for the Barton Reading & Spelling system to work effectively, your child needs to be tutored at least two hours a week, that is one hour twice a week. Depending on your child and how far they may need to go in the program, they will improve their reading, spelling and writing skills up to grade level within 18 to 36 months. It is a commitment but well worth it for your child.
I am a Barton Reading and Spelling Specialist and I am available now to start tutoring your child, teen or an adult you may know. I tutor from my home in Wauconda, Illinois which is located about 44 miles north of Chicago. Before I can begin working with your child and so I can get to know them better, I like to ask you, as the parent, some questions pertaining to your child and his/her dyslexia. This can be done over the phone. Next I like to meet you, the parent, face to face in my home where the tutoring will take place, to go over my tutoring policies and to answer any questions you may have. At that time we will work out a tutoring schedule and a time for me to screen your child. The screening just gives me a clear idea as to if your child is able to understand the Barton Reading and Spelling System or not. I charge a competitive rate of $30 an hour as compared to other Barton tutors in the area.
For any more information on the Barton Reading & Spelling System, dyslexia or to set up an appointment to talk to me, go to my "Contact Jennifer" page to send me an e-mail.
Thank you and I am looking forward to meeting you and your child very soon to begin his/hers new, exciting journey to understanding!
